As part of the new Banca Nazionale del Lavoro headquarters building construction, located in the Tiburtina station area (Via dello Scalo Tiburtino in Rome), Openprogetti Srl run Commissionig activities for the supervision, control and coordination of technological system plant works, in compliance with LEED prescription as ruled by the design phase.

The gross floor area is around 43,800 sq.m., on which the new building develops offices for total 56 meters high, 43 wide, spread over a length of 230 meters.

The building complex totally reorganizes the BNL offices, grouping them in only two major locations (Tiburtina and Via Aldobrandeschi). The actual staff, nowadays distributed over eight different buildings in different districts around the city, will be redistributed into the only two new locations and the Tiburtina building will host more or less 3 thousand employees.

The 12-story building will also include service areas such as a kindergarten, a gym, a company restaurant with 700 seats, training rooms, an infirmary, an auditorium, and then of course the parking lots.

Some main data are the following:

  • Auditorium: 316 square meters, with 300 seats
  • Corporate Restaurant: 1,752 square meters, with 700 seats
  • Kitchen: 325 sq.m.
  • Hall: 1,250 sq.m.
  • Kindergarten: 751 sq.m.
  • 12 office stories, including the Presidential Office and the VIP Restaurant
